时间状语从句 before 的用法

　　(1)It was + 一段时间 +before +从句(一般过去时);表示“过了多长时间才……”;

　　例如：

　　It was two years before we met again.

　　又过了两年我们才再次相见。

　　(2)It wasn’t + 一段时间 +before +从句(一般过去时);表示“没多久……就……”;

　　例如：

　　It wasn’t long before he told me about this affair.

　　没过多久他就告诉了我这件事。

　　(3)It will be +一段时间+before +从句(一般现在时);表示“要过多久才会……”;

　　例如：

　　It will be two years before he leaves the country.

　　两年后他才离国。

　　(4)It won’t be +一段时间+before +从句(一般现在时);表示“不用多久就会……”，

　　例如：

　　It won’t be two years before he leaves the country.

　　不用两年，他就将离国。
